Save Edge Dark Horse 14" Hoof Rasp - Hybrid Design For Equine Hoof Care

About This Product

Equestrians and farriers, the Save Edge Dark Horse 14-inch hoof rasp is seriously impressive! This hybrid design combines the best features of the original Save Edge 14-inch rasp and the Beast rasp, creating something truly special for hoof care. The Dark Horse is lighter and thinner than you might expect, making it easier to handle during those long hoof trimming sessions, but don't let the slim profile fool you - it's packed with more teeth than any other Save Edge rasp available. That means you get incredibly efficient material removal with smooth, controlled strokes that make quick work of hoof maintenance. The tooth pattern is designed to cut quickly without clogging, so you spend less time cleaning the rasp and more time working on hooves. The 14-inch length gives you plenty of working surface while remaining manageable for detailed work around the frog and sensitive areas. Whether you're a professional farrier doing multiple horses a day or a horse owner maintaining your own animals between professional visits, this rasp delivers professional-grade performance. The quality of Save Edge tools is legendary in the equine world, and the Dark Horse lives up to that reputation with durability that stands up to regular use. The balance feels great in your hand, reducing fatigue during extended use, and the cutting efficiency means you can achieve smooth, even results with less effort. If you're serious about proper hoof care and want a rasp that makes the job easier and more precise, the Save Edge Dark Horse is definitely worth the investment for keeping your horse's hooves in top condition.
