RV Air Conditioner Soft Starter - Reduce Startup Current By 70% For Generator Use & Battery Saving

About This Product

RV owners, this soft starter is a total game-changer for your air conditioning system! If you've ever had your AC compressor kick in and immediately trip your generator's breaker or drain your batteries too fast, this little device solves that problem beautifully. It uses advanced soft start technology to reduce that initial startup current by 65-70% - meaning you can actually run a 15,000 BTU air conditioner with just a 2200W generator while still powering other appliances like your refrigerator, microwave, heater, hair dryer, fan, or TV at the same time. The installation is pretty straightforward with five different color-coded wires for easy identification - basically plug and play with most RV air conditioner brands. It's made from reinforced ABS housing that's waterproof, aging-resistant, and has good heat dissipation, plus it's built with overload and short-circuit protection to keep everything running safely. You get clear LED indicators too - RUN lights up green during normal operation, START shows red during startup, and SELF-TEST indicates when it's checking itself. This means fewer tripped breakers, better battery life, smoother AC operation, and actually being able to use your air conditioner even with smaller generators or limited power sources. Whether you're boondocking, camping with generator power, or just want to protect your AC system from those hard starts, this soft starter makes RV life so much more comfortable and hassle-free.
